When making your purchase please be sure to check your cart to make any adjustments before finalizing your order. All units and bundles come in it’s natural form as is. Our hair can be dyed and thermally styled to your liking. For best results, we highly recommend going to a professional stylist for your installations. Please refer to the “Mane Care Guide” card in your package on how to maintain your hair at home. 



Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days for delivery within the U.S. after it has been dispatched. Tracking information will be available as soon as your order departs our facilities (approx. 3 business days) Please note that once packages are received by USPS we are no longer responsible or liable for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (1-800-275-8777)

International shipments are made through USPS priority international for any destination worldwide and are normally received within 10 business days for an additional fee. The Mane Mafia is not responsible for any custom fees or taxes associated with your shipment. 


Refund policy

Due to the nature of the product and sanitary purposes, all sales are FINAL. Our top priority is to provide you with outstanding customer service. We will try our best to accommodate any reasonable requests.  

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Policy:

All sales are FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. If you find that your item has a manufacturer defect please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order and the item must be post marked for return to us within 7days. We will do our best to rectify the matter as we stand by our product with integrity. Once an order has been placed it can not be changed or modified.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.All deliveries require a signature.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at
